Are These Subliminal Messages in Your 5 Minutes of Bliss?

Relaxing music and images tantalize your senses, and oh-so-briefly you will notice words. I’m imagining that’s what they are! As someone who is mostly blind, I can’t tell you what they say, but they look like words. Maybe they’re subliminal messages? Take a look and express your opinion.

How do you feel as you experience this video?

Wikipedia says that subliminal messages are:

A subliminal message is a signal or message embedded in another medium, designed to pass below the normal limits of the human mind’s perception. These messages are unrecognizable by the conscious mind, but in certain situations can affect the subconscious mind and can negatively or positively influence subsequent later thoughts, behaviors, actions, attitudes, belief systems and value systems. The term subliminal means “beneath a limen“ (sensory threshold). This is from the Latin words sub, meaning under, and limen, meaning threshold.

Personally I like the music and images. Since I know the creators, I know that affirmations are embedded into the video. Though not technically subliminal (since a mostly blind woman can at least detect them), they are nonetheless fleeting enough to bypass the mind’s conscious skepticism.
